Jean-Marc Clément is an international trade lawyer with over 20 years of experience serving large multinational corporations, SMEs, as well as business start-ups located in Canada and abroad. Before joining Woods, LaFortune LLP as legal counsel, Jean-Marc practiced law at BCF Business Law, a dynamic Montreal-based law firm, member of the MERITAS global alliance. Prior to that, Jean-Marc spent over a decade heading the international trade consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in Montreal. Jean-Marc began his career as in-house legal counsel for a North American customs broker and freight forwarder. He is currently a member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Advisory Committee.
